ELA Movement Studio – Hire Pack
Welcome to ELA Movement Studio, part of ELA Movement – Lisbon’s newest creative space in Arroios
Our beautiful indoor studio is available to rent for classes, workshops, rehearsals, film/photo shoots,and small private events.
Designed as a flexible, inspiring space for creatives, teachers, and communities, ELA Movement Studio is where ideas come alive.

Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payment
Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received. Full payment upfront for one-off hires. For recurring hires: first month upfront, then billed monthly.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations up to 7 days before = full refund. 7–48 hours before = 50% refund. Less than 48 hours = no refund. We may reschedule/cancel in exceptional cases with full refund or reschedule.
Use of Space
Hirer responsible for setup/pack-down within booked time. Space must be left as found. Furniture/equipment treated with care. No alterations without approval.
Noise & Neighbours
Respect building/neighbours. Amplified sound at reasonable levels. Outdoor events not permitted unless agreed in advance.
Food & Drink
Outside catering allowed with approval. Bar available. Own alcohol not permitted unless agreed.
Liability
ELA Movement is not responsible for theft/damage of personal property. Hirers liable for damage caused. Physical activity hirers must hold insurance and ensure participant safety.
Cleaning
Basic cleaning included. Extra fee may apply if left in poor condition.
Compliance
Hirers responsible for compliance with laws/regulations. Unauthorised/unsafe activities = termination without refund.

The Garden Bar at ELA Movement is a hidden gem, featuring a big enchanted garden that feels like a cozy, private backyard.
We welcome external promotors, collectives, and curators who want to host events that align with our spirit: music, art, food, and community.

– On-site bar with custom cocktails, beer, wine and homemade non-alc drinks

Revenue Share Models (for community events)
If you’re bringing the audience, we’ll work with you on a fair model:
Option A: Flat Hire Fee → You pay the hire fee, you keep ticket sales. Easy.
Option B: Co-Production → No hire fee, but we split ticket revenue 50/50 (case-by-case, only for events aligned with ELA’s mission).
ELA is a creative partner venue, and co-collaboration space. Supporting talent is at the heart of our ethos so we are open to all creative ideas for your event.
Add-ons available (at cost): extra staff, catering partners, a/v equipment, creative programming support.
